🟩 Esperanto reference data

Fully supported — read, tap-to-define, mine vocabulary, and practice frequency-banded cloze in Esperanto. Because the orthography is fully phonemic, every lookup carries a rule-generated IPA pronunciation, and audio is spoken by eSpeak NG — the only text-to-speech engine that exists for Esperanto — hosted by Lector on every plan. Lookups understand Esperanto's regular word-building (malsanulejo → mal- + san + -ul- + -ej-) and accept x-system typing (gxardeno → ĝardeno).
